What this site is

This site is a public directory of immigration-related legal practices in the United States. It is published by GovTrack for information only. It is not a lawyer referral service, it is not a rating or accreditation body, and it does not recommend any firm.

Not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship

Nothing published here is legal advice, and reading this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with GovTrack or with any firm listed. Immigration law depends on facts we do not have and cannot evaluate. For advice about your situation, speak to a licensed attorney or an accredited representative directly.

A listing is not a verification of a firm

A candidate listing records that a public business listing exists and met our basic visibility checks. It is not a statement that the firm is qualified, that it handles immigration matters, that it is licensed in any jurisdiction, or that any particular person is an attorney. A confirmed label records only that the firm supplied the facts shown on its page and that GovTrack approved them; it is not a recommendation.

We do not publish bar admission or license status. Bar records change and are authoritative only at the source, so verify any attorney through the relevant state bar or the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Facts, dates, and third-party data

Every fact block states where it came from and when we observed it. Imported facts can be out of date or wrong and are refreshed rather than guaranteed. Ratings, review counts, and the claimed flag come from the imported third-party Google listing, are shown with the observation date, and are neither GovTrack opinions nor inputs to any ordering on this site.

Trademarks, firm names, and trade names that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify the businesses being described. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of GovTrack.

Corrections, removals, and takedowns

Any person or business may ask for a correction or a removal of a listing, and a business may ask to be excluded from the directory without giving a reason. The corrections and removals page explains what to send and our response target. We act on removal requests even where we believe the public listing is accurate.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we publish it as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, GovTrack is not liable for decisions made in reliance on anything published here, or for any interruption in access. We may change, withdraw, or reorganize these pages at any time.
